  1. We Believe:

  3. In the unity of the one true God, eternally existing in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Each of whom possess equally all the attributes of  divinity  and personality.

  5. The bible is God’s written revelation and is fully inspired by the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters of  belief and practice.

  7. Jesus Christ is God, the living Word who became  human through His miraculous conception and virgin birth by the Holy Spirit. He is God in the flesh and is fully divine and fully

  9. Jesus Christ lived a sinless life and sacrificed Himself  for the sins of men by dying on the cross in their place, thus satisfying God’s justice and mercy. Trusting in His sacrifice is the only way of salvation.

  11. God the Father raised Jesus from the dead by the power of the Holy Spirit in the same body, though glorified, in which He lived and died.

  13. Jesus ascended bodily into heaven and sat down at the right hand of the Father. As the only mediator between God and man, He continually makes intercession for his own.

  15. Jesus will visibly return to fulfil the purposes of God who will raise all people to judgement, bring eternal life to those who received Christ and eternal condemnation to those who rejected Christ and establish a new heaven and earth.

  17. Man was created in the image of God. Man sinned by disobeying God, thus causing him to be separated from his Creator.  The fall brought mankind under divine condemnation and  into bondage to sin.

  19. Man’s nature is corrupted and he is thus unable to please God. The only way to change is by spiritual re-birth: the past is wiped away and a new start is received. This happens by confession of sin, receiving forgiveness and inner transformation by the power of the Holy Spirit.

  21. The salvation of man is wholly a work of God’s free grace and cannot be achieved in any way by human works, goodness or religious ceremony. God credits His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone. He is then able to declare rightly that they are without sin.

 

  1. Having received Jesus Christ into our hearts as Lord and Saviour, we have the ministry of reconciliation to draw those who do not know God back into relationship with Him through Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
